International Cricket Council announced ICC 2017 Awards to the international cricketers in different categories for showing the wonderful and exciting performance during the calendar year 2017. Pakistani medium fast bowler, Hasan Ali got the ICC Emerging Cricketer of the year award. He is number 1 in ODIs and he has shown the wonderful performance in 2017 as he took 45 wickets.

Pakistan won ICC Champions Trophy 2018, which was played in England and Pakistan beat India by huge margin in the final match of the mega event of ICC Champions Trophy 2018, which was played on 18 June 2017. The moment of victory of Pakistan in ICC Champions trophy was declared stunning ICC Fan’s moment of the year.
ICC ODI Cricketer of the Year — Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli is promising batsman and he proved his talent as the main batsman of Indian cricket team. He made 32 ODI centuries at the age of just 29 years. He is coming close to his hero, Sachin Tendulkar, who has set record of 49 centuries. If he continued his performance like 2017, then he can more and more score to get close to the centuries of Little Master.
ICC Test Cricketer of the Year — Steve Smith
The Australian captain, Steve Smith has shown tremendous performance during the calendar year. He played 16 test matches and made 1875 runs with average of 78.12. He scored 8 centuries and five fifties during this year.
ICC T20I Performance of the Year — Yuzvendra Chahal
Yuzvendra Chahal is well known for wonderful haul of 6/25 and he showed this performance against England in Bengaluru. The batsmen were dazzled with his wonderful performance as he grabbed their wickets.
ICC Umpire of the Year — Marais Erasmus
Marais Erasmus joined Emirates Elite Panel in 2010. He did umpiring in 47 test matches and 74 ODIs and he showed the performance in ICC Champion Trophy final and in the 26 T20Is.
ICC Associate Cricketer of the Year — Rashid Khan
Rashid Khan is leading and young Afghan bowler and he grabbed 60 wickets as associate cricketer in the calendar year 2017. He also took 43 in the ODIs during the year, which is a record.
