Lahore, Sharjeel Khan is the leading and prominent cricketer of Pakistan cricket team and he was suspended during Pakistan Super League on the accusation of being involved in the spot fixing case. Sharjeel Khan did the practice in Hyderabad with grade 2 team.
Pakistan Cricket Board in taking up this case seriously that practice of Sharjeel Khan with any grade two team will be violation of the rules or otherwise. If it is violation of the rules, then strict disciplinary action will be taken against him. It is said that the suspended cricketers are not allowed to do practice with any registered club and they are also not allowed to play the matches.
PCB took action against the batsmen of Islamabad United, Khalid Latif and Sharjeel Khan being involved in the spot fixing scandal during Pakistan Super League and the board issued show cause notices to the suspended players. The cricketers submitted their replies and they denied accepting the allegations of spot fixing scandal. But they confessed that they violated the rules for not informing the officials of the board when the suspected people got contacted with them.
