Replacements for unavailable players have been made by PSL franchises. Representatives of 4 teams participated in the draft that was held in National Cricket Academy Lahore. The tams of Quetta Gladiators, Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars select 4, 3 and 3 players respectively while no player was selected by Karachi Kings.
The replacements of Quetta Gladiators include England’s Moeen Ali for West Indian Carlos Brathwaite, Kiwi’s N McCullum for England’s David Willy, Sri Lanka’s T Perera for West Indian R Powell and South African R Rossouw for Afghanistan’s M Nabi.
